The intention of this initiative is to encourage members to read their SS lessons and to simulate discussion during the Sabbath School itself.

The action plan is very simple:
- A captain recruits a team of 12 persons (including the captain). A team number will be assigned by SS Captain1 and the names of the team members (soldiers) will be circulated to everyone in that team.
- Each soldier is assigned 1 SS lesson e.g. Sunday Lesson, or Monday Lesson, etc. Everyone is expected to read the Sabbath Lesson.
- Each soldier has to write a summary of the lesson that they are in charge of. The summary will have a maximum of 5 sentences. In addition, at least 1 question/discussion question must be provided (maximum 3 questions).
- Each lesson (Sunday to Friday) will have two soldiers assigned to it. For example, Peter & John will be in charge of Tuesday Lesson. However, each soldier must write their own summary and question.
- The summary and question must be emailed to everyone on the morning of the lesson day e.g. if your lesson is Monday, you should email your part to everyone by Monday morning.
- The captain will rotate the lesson schedule as seen fit. If a soldier is unable to do his part, he/she must inform the captain at least one day in advance so that necessary arrangements can be made.
- In order for the initiative to run smoothly (and to be fair to everyone), it is essential that all the team members have constant access to the internet.
